Shooting Range Improvements Planned In The Yaak

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks has released a draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for review and public comment regarding a proposal to grant funds to Yaak Rod & Gun Club, Inc. for a Shooting Range Development Grant project.   This range is located several hundred yards from the town of Yaak, which is unincorporated and is northeast of Troy or Libby, in Lincoln County Montana.   This Project tentatively plans to provide $23,070 in partial funding towards adding a skeet range and an addition to the current clubhouse.
