Floodwaters close Buffalo Mirage fishing access site

BILLINGS — The Buffalo Mirage state fishing access site on the Yellowstone River at Sportsman’s Park near Park City closed to the public Monday night because of flooding.

Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks wardens said the Yellowstone River, which is swollen with spring runoff, flooded parts of the park and roads, making any access to the site dangerous. They posted signs closing the fishing access site until further notice.
