Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks recently awarded $122,838 in grants to enhance shooting-range facilities in several communities. Shooting-range grants were awarded to: · Butte Trap Club—$6,195 toward purchase of an automatic trap machine and voice releases . · Bozeman Rifle Club—$7,186 toward improvements at the Greenway Indoor Shooting Range located on the Gallatin County Fairgrounds. · Helena Trap Club— $6,000 to assist in construction of two small shelters. · Western Montana Fish & Game Association, Missoula— $103,457 in funding for projects including fencing, a 960-square meeting-room facility, and to r epair safety berms and roads.
