Missoula Parks Office
This position includes providing interpretive programs at Missoula area state parks and fishing access sites.
Park Host positions are available at the following campgrounds. [Read the position description.]
This fishing access site is on the Bitterroot River near Florence. The site features a small campground and access to the river for bank and wade fishing. The developed host pad includes full hookups, including land-line phone service. A cistern provides potable water for the host pad.
Lost Creek State Park is located in the Flint Creek Mountains near Anaconda. The park features a small campground and scenic hiking opportunities. The developed host pad includes full hookups, with a cell phone provided by FWP.
This busy day-use park is located near Frenchtown in the scenic west end of the Missoula Valley. The park features non-motorized boating, fishing, and swimming opportunities as well as picnic shelter rentals. The developed host pad includes full hookups, including land-line phone service. SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED AT THIS PARK.
Beavertail Hill State Park is located 26 miles east of Missoula along the Clark Fork River and I-90. The park features a small campground with two rental tipis, access to the river, an amphitheater, and an interpretive hiking trail. The developed host pad includes full hookups, including land-line phone service.
