The purpose of this 2008–2012 Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (SCORP) is to outline Montana's five-year plan for outdoor recreation management, conservation and development. It provides the strategic framework to guide recreation facility managers in planning and prioritizing resources for staff and funding and includes a timeline for implementation.
